Adults Classes
If you're an adult the chances are you're looking to take up karate because you want to keep fit, learn self defence and/or find a new hobby.

You may have always wanted to take up karate but always found a reason not to join? A popular worry is that everyone will be like Bruce Lee and you won't fit in - that just isn't the case.

Our association is very friendly and filled with normal adults with everyday lives outside of the dojo. Whatever your personal fitness levels, you can sure that you will be welcomed into the club and given all the support you need. Everyone was once a beginner so we all pledge to help make training as easy and enjoyable as possible.

We run adult classes from 6:30-8pm at the South Reading Youth & Community Centre in Whitley.

If you want to train more than once a week, as an association there are classes running throughout the country every day of the week. more>
